If there is one thing I have learned since I first stepped into a classroom to teach programming in 2004, it is that adaptability is the ultimate technical skill. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My career has not been a straight line. It has been an evolution from understanding how machines work to understanding how to make that information resonate with people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology degree. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I did not just want to use technology because I wanted to understand its architecture. This led me to my first professional role as a Computer Science Instructor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teaching programming logic and database management forced me to take complex or abstract concepts and break them down into something digestible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This experience became the blueprint for my entire career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2007, I transitioned into the high stakes world of global business process outsourcing with Convergys and TeleTech. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This was my boots on the ground era. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Handling tier 1 and tier 2 connectivity troubleshooting for international ISPs taught me that technical support is ten percent fixing the connection and ninetypercent managing the human experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I learned how to negotiate billing disputes and solve problems under pressure while always keeping the human first perspective front and center.<\/p>\n\n\n

I spent three years on platforms like Upwork and even DigitalPoint forums, providing SEO-related tasks and quality articles for clients worldwide. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This was where I sharpened my instincts for keyword research and learned how to write for both search engines and real people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
